Well it seems like I have dallied long enough. With that in mind, I thought it would be a good idea to make a new start, including the banner. As you can see I have reverted back to my other banner which depicts where we now live, and along with that a few pictures to share.
This park which is adjacent to Fairy lake, is right across the street from where we now live. We now have a place to go for walks and beautiful scenery right on the doorstep, what more could one ask. (clickable thumbnails)
A nice variation on tree colors on our street.
A shot of Fairy lake.
A very nice memorial park setting.
A similar memorial setting.
Now where would we be without some Canada geese!

Looks like a beautiful area Eric. How great to have a park within walking distance! I know you and Elizabeth will be happy there.
Good to see you back again my friend.
What a great setting Eric! And I sure am glad to see those pictures filled with green and life. Thank goodness all that snow finally went away. :~D
Sunshine & grren again ... many happy visit in the future:))
Hi janice, it is really lovely and so close to everything which is always convenient. Elizabeth is really content with the move. :)
It is great Leon, we even get the little kids soccer teams playing here twice a week which is fun.
I too prefer the green over the white of snow my friend. :)
Hi Tim, sunshine and emerald green, such a perfect match my friend.
What beautiful pictures Eric. Looks like you've found yourselves a little piece of heaven. :)
That's what we like to think too Zirelda, it is a dream place..
Have a great day.. :)
Hi Eric.
How nice it will be for you and Elizabeth to have some lovely walks in the beautiful park close to your new home.
Hope you are both well. :-D

:)
Thanks Stacey, we're looking forward to that & the water.... :)
Thank you Shades, pictures are always a thing of wonder & pleasure my friend.. :)
Didja know that some Canada geese no longer migrate? We have some permanent resident Canada geese here in Maryland. My husband says they look up in the sky longingly when the migrating geese fly by, high-high-high in the sky, but then say, "Forget about it."
Hi Forsythia, yes I don't doubt it, we have some here as well as ducks that seem to stick around.
People feed them and near us there is a water outlet runs year round at one end of the lake so they stay.. Nice to see and hear, I had some pics here somewhere of the ducks.. :)
So glad you have settled in such a lovely place Eric, and trust you both have a very pleasant summer.
Thanks Julie, your blog sure is looking great, you have such a talent, but I don't know where you find all the time. :)

Thanks Sam, we are still busy but enjoying very much at the same time... :)
