Fall's In
These are just a couple or more fall pictures that I said I would post, and are from Ontario, just over 2 hours North of Toronto Canada. A point of interest in the picture with the fire hydrant. If you look closely, you will see a post with a small pic on it above the hydrant. For those of a curious nature, these posts are to indicate that there is indeed a hydrant at that location. When winter and the snow arrives the hydrants really get covered. You can judge by the height of the ‘flag’ just how deep the snow can get.

Those are gorgeous pics of autumn Eric...and I'm sooo glad we don't get that kind of snowfall. :) Many winters we don't get any but I think I would prefer snow to day after day of rain, rain, rain. Sometimes I'm downright positive Vancouver Island will soon float down to the US. Ontario has the vibrant reds and oranges that are not seen here in the woods.

That's one thing about living out west, you get the best of both worlds Janice with the weather. BC & the rockies is God's country, it's so beautiful. :)

Here there is no snow, the place where I live we dont feel winter, mild temperatures! I love autunm pictures, canada looks to be a place where we can take many lovely pictures about nature!!!!

Yes Canada is a great place to take pictures of all the different seasons.
I would have thought that you might get a little snow where you live, but it's nice to have the mild weather most year round. :)

They brought back some memories for me and the 2 summers as a boy I attended a summer camp on South Tea Lake (if I recall correctly) in Algonquin National Forest (or is it park). [Please forgive mixed up names; it was more than 55 years ago.
Of course I was there in the summer and never saw the bright, incredible colors you have provided us through the lens of your camera.

Algonquin National Park it was Leon, a very popular place for campers & tourists.
I am glad that the pictures please you so much. It is easy to forget that some poeple living on a different part of the continent, never get to see such sights as the fall colors or even snow.
I feel that it is only as one gets older, do they really start to see these natural wonders. :)

Beautiful pics Eric! And I get the sign on the fire hydrant. When I lived in Gunnison it was not unusual to see two story outhouses for the same reason.

Glad you like Zirelda, I'm not sure where Gunnison is, but it obviously got lots of the white stuff. :)
A double decker outhouse eh! haha that's hard to picture without the snow. :))
